we were founded by Chibi-evil over a year ago, and have been developing little by little. Our layout has changed alot since we had started. We first Wanted Chibi-evil to be all about resident evil and Dragonball z, but it turned out to be too much hard work, so we then thought 'how about we start off with just resident evil and once we done all that we go and do dragonball z'. Which wasn't such a bad idea. So our site is still building to this day. We wanted it to have alot of media and information about the series. We do hope that this site becomes a world wide website known all over the world
